The Southboro Medical Group Business Office staff is available to assist you with your health insurance and payment questions Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. They may be reached at 508-460-3200.

Fees
Fees for professional and laboratory services at Southboro Medical Group are similar to those prevailing throughout the area. Please feel free to discuss fees with our staff at any time. In the interest of keeping the cost of medical care as low as possible, we request payment for services at the time they are rendered. Our bills are payable upon receipt. Should you have financial difficulties, please discuss them with a Business Office Representative at 508-460-3200.

Co-Payments
All co-payments are payable by cash, personal check, money order, or major credit card. These fees are due in full at the time service is rendered. Answers to your questions about co-payment obligations are available by calling the Business Office at 508-460-3200.
