Choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) and a Location
The first step we recommend you do to become a member of Southboro Medical Group is to choose a primary care physician (PCP) and the corresponding Southboro Medical Group health care facility for yourself and each of your family members. This physician will be directly responsible for your health care by providing or arranging for any care you may need. Information from this web site or from our Patient Information Handbook, including the physician directory and the practice descriptions, may prove useful in your decision. Even if you don't require care now, it is important that you choose a primary care physician, so you will be prepared if you suddenly do become ill.
Once you have made your choice, please call Adult Medicine or Pediatrics directly to inform them of your selection. If you need more information, our staff will be happy to provide it to you. Please understand that on occasion a doctor's practice may be full. If that is the case, we can easily help you select another available physician when you call.
