Southboro Medical Group's Main Office is located at 24 Newton Street in Southboro. In addition to primary care, this office provides specialty care, radiology and laboratory services, urgent care, pharmacy, visual services, optical shop and childcare during parents' appointments. Please note that there is additional patient parking in the back of the building.

Follow ramp to Route 9 West
Less than 1 mile to fork - stay to the left - Route 30, Southboro
Follow Route 30, go over causeway, take left at set of lights to "downtown" Southboro
Route 30 will go to the left (Vacant lot on left; Marlboro Savings Bank on right) - GO STRAIGHT onto Newton Street
About 1/4 mile down road on left hand side is Southboro Medical Group.

Take Route 9 East exit.

From Route 9 Going East (From Worcester):
Take Route 9 to Route 85 North (Southboro/Marlboro)
Go right at first set of lights onto Route 30
After railroad track go left onto Newton Street
About 1/4 mile down road on left hand side is Southboro Medical Group.
From Route 9 Going West (From Boston):
Take Route 9 through Framingham
Past Mass Pike, past Sheraton Tara (which is on the right) get in left lane and immediately after set of lights, take ramp on left (Southboro sign)
Follow Route 30, go over causeway, take left at set of lights to "downtown" Southboro
Route 30 will go to the left (Vacant lot on left; Marlboro Savings Bank on right) - GO STRAIGHT onto Newton Street
About 1/4 mile down road on left hand side is Southboro Medical Group.
