The goal of Southboro Medical Group is to enhance communication between our patients and their physicians as much as possible. However, we must be able to ensure the confidentiality and the privacy of these communications. Please note that we are unable to assist you in scheduling appointments and are unable to answer any medical questions via our website. To schedule an appointment or to ask a medical question, please contact your appropriate clinical department directly. Currently, we cannot ensure the privacy of email communication between our office and outside sources other than with a certain network of other physicians. Therefore, it is the policy of Southboro Medical Group not to exchange email messages with patients.

At no time should clinical information or questions be submitted via our Contact Us email address.  Please contact your provider's office directly for all clinical inquiries.
