Established in 1972, as a physician owned and operated medical group, Southboro Medical Group has expanded into one of the largest multispecialty group practices in the MetroWest region. In 2004, SMG became one of the founding medical groups of Atrius Health, the largest ambulatory physician led network in Massachusetts. Today, SMG has more than 75 providers and more than 450 employees, and serves 60,000 patients in the region. Today, SMG has offices in Southborough, Westborough, Framingham and Milford.

SMG offers services in Adult Medicine (featuring a diabetes program including an ADA recognized diabetes education and nutrition service), Pediatrics (including pediatric nutrition services), OB/GYN and a variety of specialty and ancillary services including:
